Rash on right hind leg

My newly acquired husky Xena has this spot on her right hind leg. There’s hardly any fur and it’s a bit pink. I haven’t noticed her licking that spot as it’s hard to reach and she has bad hips (she’s 12). Any ideas what this could be? It doesn’t seem to bother her when it’s touched.
