Becoming Husky Parents for the First Time! 🥳 Any Advice and Recommendations?

We are about to adopt a Siberian Husky puppy, and this will be our first husky. Would greatly appreciate any recommendations on how best to prepare and welcome our new dog. He will come home with us in a few weeks. Anything in regards to training, puppy proofing, food, toys, etc…
We currently have a 7 year old black lab (since birth), and have owned other breeds in the past. We currently live in Texas, but are moving to a 1 acre house in Colorado in a few months.
