I only found out episode four had been released today and so I have been trying to solve the mystery. So I am sorry if this is treading old ground. But I noticed something that pinged with my human brain.
Occum is facing towards the door. We know he was stangked from behind. So his attacker was either standing on the table or behindit and was large enough to reach over. Looking at the goblets they are all spilled in one direction, towards the door. If the attacker were a small agile person the goblets would be scattered happy hazardly but if they were a a large person sweeping them from one side...
