Hello kinky folk,

What's the minimum amount input which you can use, or have used, to induce a state of MESM?

This question probably only relates to people who are, or have been, in long term relationships. My apologies to anybody who feels excluded by that.

I'd rather this stuck to MESM, as opposed to *just* feeling subby. I feel there's probably a lot of people, who believe in hynosis, who can be encouraged to feel particularly submissive. That's not quite the discussion I'm looking for.

I know someone who can be made to feel 'less than' with just a few choice words. A couple of reminders of who and what they are, and more importantly where their place is. That's the kind of thing I'm talking about. How about you and yours?

I simply adore wearing high heels. It's one of those subtle feminine things that most men love and appreciate.

I'm particularly fond of when I walk on a hard surface like wood or tile. The heels click when I walk, and it's almost an audible trigger for me and those who are nearby. You all likely know and have heard those clicks before.

As I keep on clicking, the more attention I get. Each stride brings another man checking me out. Maybe he's noticing my heels. Another click, and another man. Perhaps this one is staring at my legs. Another click, another objectifying stare.

Maybe it's a bit self-serving for me. But sometimes I purposely wear high heels and click around, just so a I can trigger myself.
