Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars have been unavailable for redemption for 6 months. And when I checked the page today, I noticed most other keys now have exhausted tags as well. Who knows how long those have been unavailable. I contacted Humble about this issue a few months back and they gave me the standard "we're working to get more keys soonTM " response (is a year later still considered "soon"?), and when I asked for some sort of partial refund to compensate for the fact that I've never received these products I paid for, they basically told me to piss off and that my only option was a complete refund that would invalidate all the keys, even those I've already redeemed, which I can't do because I've given some of those codes away.
I know posting this will change nothing, but I believe everyone should be aware that when you buy a bundle you have no guarantee you'll actually receive the keys you paid for because when the keys go out of stock Humble will make no effort to restock them. The fact that some of the proceeds will go to charity softens the blow a bit, but it's still ludicrous that they can get away with running their business this way and they deserve to be called out for it.
