So I just recently started an entry level recruiter role at a MFG company and I have been doing great in staffing the needs of the MFG plants that I'm responsible for. Now the company is trying to encourage us to grow and develop into something more than an entry level role for the future. I'm suppose to have a zoom call with my boss this Thursday, the things is I don't know if I'm ready for the call due to now knowing where I want to be in HR/ Recruiting. I can't see myself as a manager as I don't like delegating tasks or keeping track/tabs on workers and bearing that responsibility . However, I would like to find some sort of "advanced" position that would pay more than what I'm making now and can put more money in my pocket. Do you guys have any suggestions in how to go about my career conversation video call with my boss?
