Hi folks,
We're a small but growing company -- about 25 employees throughout the US, mostly in CA and NY. We're considering doing unlimited PTO. It would be my first time rolling out unlimited PTO, and naturally I'm nervous if we do.
Two questions: - Any best practices for policies on this, or how to handle someone who is using way too much? - We also have a handful of full time hourly employees who work in our warehouse. Thoughts on if we didn't make them unlimited but kept them at 4 or 5 weeks per year?
