Post Body

Hi everyone! To start things, I have been working in the aviation industry for the past 18 years (joined at 18). I have been blessed to be in a great global company where I have completed two bachelor degrees (one Bachelor in Aviation Management and a BSc in Aircraft Engineering).

I really don't want to stay stuck in the specialised field that I'm currently in and want to diversify. I am quite pleasant to talk to and feel I'm very people focused and enjoy being a part of a team.

I did a Saville report last year which gave me the following core strengths:

1- Establishing rapport 2- Valuing individuals 3- interacting with people 4- Upholding standards 5- Understanding people 6- Thinking positively 7- Team working 8- following procedures.

To help diversify, I am thinking of doing a CIPD level 5 course given my working history.

Would really appreciate whatever advice, feedback or tips you kind people would provide. Be it whether you think its a good shift or not or anything in between!

I live in a famous Middle Eastern country as well which has a rich and robust multicultural community.

Thanks for your time.
