Hi all,
We are coming up with our return to office plan and I'm wondering what everyone else is doing in terms of masks. We are a small team (10 people), everyone is fully vaccinated, and we aren't in a customer support industry/don't deal with the public. Am I right in assuming we can be mask free when in the office? The CDC and our county says vaccinated individuals can be unmasked indoors in private or home settings, but the office/work guidelines say to encourage masks. Not sure if that's because the guidelines are general and could apply to larger companies or more public businesses.
Anyone in a similar situation? What are you doing?
Edit: More looking for guidance on reopening plans as I haven’t seen information specific to offices who are fully vaccinated. The CDC and our state/local government says fully vaccinated individuals can be together indoors without masks, but then there are also separate office guidelines that say to wear a mask. It’s contradictory, but maybe those specific guidelines haven’t come out yet.
