Job Offer Advice

Post Body

I’ve been offered a job early in my career and I’m not sure which direction to take. My current and first HR job is as an HR specialist related to talent areas not comp and benefits. I’ve been in this position for almost 2 years.

The offered job is for an HR Manager position. It is for a very small company and I’d be the sole HR person. With my limited experience and their company size, they want to offer me the same salary as my current position. I would be very busy learning all areas of HR. And it would be great experience.

The current role is WFH but the new one would not, as an additional consideration. I really like the WFH aspect.

I know you can’t decide for me and you have limited information that I’ve given here but wanted to see some thoughts from others in HR.
