Hey y'all, I'm in New Jersey in the USA So I'm going to have to take another leave from school after just getting back from 2. 5 years of medical leave. Long story short I'm looking for work and human resources is the closest to my desired area of interests of DEI work. I have about 2.5 years of university work in Anthropology and general education stuff. I super don't want to work in customer service but right now not qualified for anything else because I don't have my degree yet.
Would getting the aPHR certification help me get even a low level HR job? An organization I volunteer with is discussing an HR position for me despite my lack of background but would the certification help boost my resume?
