I have 3 years as Generalist experience Proficient in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Onboarding, and knowledgeable in all other areas of HR.
I also have 4 years of Perishable/Non-Perishable Retail Management so I have Business Acumen in any Retail/Hospitality and Leadership from this experience.
Do you think this is enough experience for me to apply to HR BP roles in certain industries?
I know most other HR BP do want more HR experience, but I have my Management background that has so many transferable skills.
