Can I use my talent background to transition to ER?

Would love some advice. I started my career in talent (3 years) then moved into a DEI/Talent role (another 3 years). I’ve been researching ER and I feel like it would be a good fit for me. I have my MSHR as well. Any advice on how to do the HR hopscotch in between?
