Hello everyone! I just discovered this and am trying not to break Rule #2. I apologize if it is borderline.
I have a BA in Psychology and a dual MBA in Human Resources Management and Strategic Management. I currently don't work in an HR field as it seems that I don't have a lot of skills.
I've seen a job posting that asks for a PMP certification, but I'm not sure if this is something that is needed for me?
Other than my degree, I don't really have any "trainings" in HR and I'm not sure what I can do to market myself better.
I apologize if this breaks Rule #2, but I don't know where else to ask HR professionals for advice. I'm not asking how to get into HR, just what I should be doing and what certifications should I have to be marketable.
My goal is to eventually be sponsored by an international company to work abroad (specifically in London) so I'm just trying to find some help in career development.
Thank you for your time!
