What's your open centre and what did you notice when you're around someone who's defined in that area?
Post Body

I have my crown and ajna undefined, and only one gate is active in my crown. It took me years of therapy to decondition the psychological conditioning I grew up with. Despite that, I still really notice when I am around my SO who has a defined head, especially if we have an argument, I have a very hard time staying in my body and the moment I get into my head it's a lost cause. It's like suddenly the stuff he says dominates, and I can't stick to my own ideas and way of thinking, it's very frustrating unless I remind myself to step back and notice the domination instead of trying to fight it. That's when my crown can allow other people to have different opinion so my ajna can also relax, and I stop trying to figure things out and I just notice what I feel.

On the other hand, I noticed when I was not-self he used to have a hard time being physically around me sometimes probably due to his open spleen, G centre, and heart (and possibly solar plex, he doesn't know his exact time). Given I have everything in my body defined, I do wonder how people feel around me - all my life people always wanted me around, they always invited me everywhere, guilt-tripped me if I wasn't there etc. I wonder if it has to do with that or just due to my collective/tribal design.
