Solo Hulk Film....can we finally have one?

Just occurred to me that if they wanted to do an eventual Hulk solo film I'd like to see more of the Planet Hulk storyline between AoU and Thor: Ragnarok. But like, done in the style of Gladiator (2000) and still maybe directed by Ridley Scott or Taika Waititi again. Thoughts?
Edit: yes i am aware of universal vs marvel. This is purely conjecture on themes and plot, with some production
