Over a month ago I happily ordered a Huion tablet from the Dutch authorised seller. Their website being huion.nl, I figured it was safe to do so. My product arrived broken so naturally I contacted Huionâs service. I returned my tablet and asked for my money back. They ignored my request and instead insisted their team takes a look at it and if it cannot be fixed theyâll send me a whole new tablet.
They never did and they never returned my money and are now ignoring me even though they received the product ~1 month ago.
Huionâs support (their English one), which I initially contacted for help since their e-mail was on the help page, said they couldnât help me since they do not have an authorised Dutch seller. Only to change their mind and suddenly say they do have a seller here after several e-mails had been exchanged! The product I purchased was supposedly new, but it wasnât. The box even had something along the lines âit worksâ etched into it and upon further inspection was scratched. The faulty product had been returned before and instead of fixing the issue, they decided to rule that it works and send it to the next customer. I told this to Huionâs main support too, to which they responded that they donât sell used products - even though their Dutch authorised seller clearly does.
Itâs been over a month and my money and product are long gone. Now I have to file a police report because the business decided to no longer answer my requests of returning my money. I highly recommend that you do not use huion.nl, and if you must have a Huion: use the .com website, you might have taxes but at least youâll have a product that works and well.. an actual product.
