H610pro(8192) Not working... sort of.

Hello all!

I recently purchased an H610PRO(8192) and I am having a few issues. I connected the tablet and then downloaded/installed the most recent drivers. Finally, I attempted to use the tablet. The green light on the tablet comes on when the pen is near it or when the buttons are pressed. The driver program says that the tablet is connected. I have tried to test the buttons as well as just moving the cursor with the pen. It does not appear to be acknowledging it. I have searched google as well as this subreddit and other places. I have sent a message to Hurion service but their response window seems to be only a couple of hours in the middle of the night.

I'm on Windows 10 x64 and I have reverted back to driver v13.15.35. No luck.

What am I missing?
