Watched something I shouldnt, scared me like shit

Watched a youtube video about an album rewiev and one of the efects was an bombflight alarm, I got so scared I almost started cryinh beacuse I had my headset on and thaught it was real😭 and then i started watching videos about nuclear war and all and now im scared as shit😭 could I pleas just get some closeness and a tight hug?🫂
