Everything was working fine before I left lol. Movies are lagging, I've tried everything, reset everything, checked every setting, updated drivers, etc etc .. no clue what else to do. It switches back and forth fine between 60/23 8/12bit like normal, I have a GTX 970 on Windows 10. I searched a few old posts but none of the solutions worked. I saw one to mention enabling vsync in nvidia control panel for mpc but I can't seem to find where that option is. Everything has just been off for two weeks and like I said it worked perfectly fine right before I left so I don't know what the problem could be. Any help is greatly appreciated.

edit: after trying everything and troubleshooting with my brother for some reason its working now and the only real difference i can think of is i removed an hdmi cord going from tv to avr, even tho it's been like that forever, and one of the times I tried it didn't work without it so I honestly have no clue what the issue was.. I'm sure it will mess up again at some point and I'll have to reconnect that cord and it will be fine.. oh technology..
