Can a Silverstone GD05b (or similar) case fit in to a IKEA Hemnes TV bench?

Has anyone managed to fit a Silverstone GD05b (or similar) in an IKEA Hemnes TV bench?
The Silverstone is 440 mm wide and the middle section of the bench is 449 mm wide. My plan would be not to build the middle drawer and move the shelf down to accommodate the height of the box.
On paper it looks technically possible, but I'm concerned about there only being 4.5mm gap either side.
