I use my mouse to control everything, I have browser gestures, use no keyboard shortcuts, etc. I find it incredibly frustrating using Kodi with a mouse, and I've tried all the most popular skins. The re-touched skin is the best I've found but even it has issues, mostly the super shitty progress bar that makes it impossible to select a precise point and no arrow key control.
Ideally I would have something like foobar2000 to manage my files, then just use MPC to play it because I love MPC and there's some things that I just can't live without that Kodi doesn't do like scroll wheel volume control and clicking the video to pause.
