HTC One M7 Boot Loop

So my HTC One M7 is stuck in a bootloop with no reason as to why. I have not tried to flash it with any roms or anything. It is completely stock with a locked bootloader on Sprint. Even when I go into bootloader mode, I cannot get into recovery, fastboot, or factory reset without it restarting. My PC can't even detect it either because of this.
Any help would be appreciated or is this the end of the road for this phone?
