Front/Selfie camera no longer an option in Camera?

Not sure if this is an HTC One specific fault, but I no longer have the option to select the front camera in camera mode now. Doesn't matter if it's in snapchat, WhatsApp etc, it's just not there!
Safe mode doesn't fix it either FYI
