Being a "boring" person

Post Body

I get this sometimes. I don't "do" much. Like, my peers are really into anime, gaming, movies, TV shows, things like that. I have almost zero interest in these things. I hardly ever do any of those things.

This makes it hard for me to connect with others since I'm seen as "boring". It's just too much stimulation I usually don't feel up to. And even if not I just don't find it exciting anymore.

I am comfortable with how I am. I will not do things simply to be accepted by others or to "be interesting". But it does get lonely sometimes.

Does anyone relate? What has helped you with this?
