How to reduce after-school fatigue?

Post Body

After I come back from school I always feel really drained. I'll have an annoying headache and won't be able to enjoy what I'm doing or be productive until I properly rest. I rest in my room, alone, quiet and dark, and then nap, and then I usually feel better. The thing is - I have to do this DAILY. It's conflicting, I don't want to be doing it every single workday.

Any ideas on how I can "lower" the fatigue / drain that I feel after school? Or recharge faster?

I feel like the factors contributing to me feeling this way would include:

•the glare from sunlight (especially in commutes)

•wearing my glasses (I never 'get used to it', even though the lens are 'ideal')

•the commute itself (sitting in the car is pretty uncomfortable and I have to sit there for an hour)

•socializing

•sitting all day on uncomfortable seats

I usually have ~30-60 mins at school where I'll be free doing nothing but I can't really recharge in that environment. Ofc sleep and diet are important and I'm working on that. Going to school is such a sensory overload compared to the still life at home.
