I got a score of 22 on the HSP test on the sidebar. Recently came across the concept of HSPs and it resonates a lot with me. But I feel like it's because the past couple of years have been rough on me, I didn't really feel this way prior. And I didn't set boundaries or dedicate time for self-care or time to recharge as seriously (if at all) as I do now. Recently especially I'm dealing with a lot of strong mental health issues. Maybe it's bc that was a time of development? I'm 17 now, and I don't think I'd relate that much with the HSP test items from back when I was 14 or so. Should I be taking the HSP test when I'm stable?
