My gf and I got into a minor argument on the phone and when we talked again later I decided to make sure everything was resolved. For me this meant telling her that I understand if she felt I went overboard but then she started telling me that she hates how I go over every argument and that I’m being too sensitive. Funny enough that was the day I watched hours of videos on hsp’s and while I’m not sure I qualify I would say I am a sensitive person so I told that it was one of my favorite qualities and that I love the way I handle disagreements. I’m so proud of myself.
