i figured iโd mention something that could possibly be a big help to an HSPs struggling out there right now.
i was always aware that i was a HSP but sometimes it slips my mind that the environment iโm in can either improve or really hinder my emotional/mental health.
so i encourage those that may be in an environment that they are in most of the time that is messy or cluttered to make it a safe space again. clean out things you donโt need or makes you feel bad. organize your space. sanitize. bring in some subtle nice smells and play some of your favorite music. makes your space as comfortable as possible and to help you feel better!
