I try to come visit my dad a few times a month but it’s so frustrating because the neighbors are always having parties with loud music. I feel like as a HSP I feel even more irritated because I just can’t figure out how to drown it out. It’s definitely the worst when I’m trying to get to sleep. It makes me not even want to visit him but I know it’s not his fault.
