Stop Reading Self-Help
Post Body

Hey all,

I want to write this reddit post to say this:

Stop Reading Self-Help

Seriously, just stop.

It is really easy to become addicted to reading self-help books. You think that you're making progress, but you're not. You're just getting a temporary high. The feeling fades, then you want to read another.

Stop reading self-help. If you want to see actual improvement, get life experience by experiencing failures and making mistakes. Learning from your mistakes and failures is the ultimate self-improvement method that is out there.

If you'd like, you can read my latest blog post:

Thanks for reading
