Cat urine hardwood floors

My sister just got a house and it’s a fixer upper to say the least. When she moved in the floors and walls smell like cat urine. Everything is in really good condition, but the previous owners seemed to have a bunch of cats and let them pee all over the place. Does anyone know how to get rid of the smell without completely replacing the floors and walls?
