My grandma wants a Facebook, but she has a lot of trouble with computers. She has a smart phone, but the screen is too small for her. She has macular degeneration and 90% vision loss.

I'm wondering if I could turn an old tablet or nook into a Facebook machine that I could set the display on so that she can read it easily.

The problem with this is that I'm not very savvy with rooting or programming, etc. Does somebody sell something like this? I would pay for the privilege of getting my grandma online.

Also, she lives far away, so it would have to be something I could make and mail to her without being able to teach her in person.
