Dog paw scratches on hardwood

I have a Doberman, and he gets very excited. When he gets excited he tends to get the zoomies. This caused him to bear down on his paws and his nails are scratching my hardwood floors. Any tips on how to get rid of these? They aren’t deep, but they are noticeable.
