The actual equipment? No. Other equipment on site? Yes. Could it be used to piggyback off of easier? Absolutely. If you think a piece of equipment is āunhackableā it shows just how misinformed you are regarding technology. Virtually no system is āunhackableā Itās possible that putting a microphone in a room where you type your password, the sound can be analyzed and your password compromised. Just because something isnāt directly connected to the internet doesnāt mean it canāt be compromised. Learn to actually back up your statements with actual factual information next time. A rock is a valid security measure that cannot be hacked. Why? Because itās a rock. āUnhackableā doesnāt really exist. Read up on Stuxnet. Offline nuclear enrichment facility was compromised by a single pump. One part change. Plenty of attacks out there that have compromised systems that are ānot onlineā
