• I have set up Automod to try and counteract the spam coming through. Your account must be at least 5 days old to post. Consider that when making a throwaway. Hopefully this will help with the bots that have been posting.

OLD STUFF BUT LET'S REMIND OURSELVES

• Unfortunately, comments are still being filtered. This means that every single comment is automatically removed and I have to review each and every one of them to approve the few that don't break the rules. Don't blame me - blame your fellow users. Some of the insults that people comment to various posts are just downright cruel and uncalled for. Why troll? Get a life. Others break not only subreddit rules, but Reddit rules! I didn't just make these up for my health. A lot of our rules are in line with Reddit rules and terms of service. When everyone can follow the rules and play nice, I'll unfilter them.

What are the rules??

• Don’t post your personal information - including any usernames (Kik, Skype, Yahoo, WhatsApp, etc.), email addresses, telephone numbers...anything. Not only is it against our subreddit rules, it’s against REDDIT’S terms of service!!! You can be banned from Reddit, not just HoustonR4R, for posting telephone numbers and email addresses. If we catch you posting your usernames or other info, it will result in an automatic 15-day ban on the first offense. Second offense is a permanent ban.

• Don’t tell OP you PM’d them in the comments. Seriously. How obnoxious. You just look desperate. Believe it or not, the same little orange envelope pops up for a comment as it does an inbox message. It all goes to the same place. You’re not doing yourself any favors.

• Don’t post more than once per day (24 hours). If you post twice in a day, we will remove both posts and you’ll have to wait until tomorrow. Any users who didn’t respond to you wanting to get laid last night still aren’t going to respond 3 hours later. Stop.

• Automod is in force, too. If you believe your post was removed in error, message me. As with comments being reviewed, any removed posts are being reviewed, too. Autmod isn't perfect and I've been working on the kinks. Just chill and wait a second so we can approve your post if it got removed in error.
