I get maybe 2-3 times a year max. Yes that’s true! Last time bent over was 5 years (may share details later, blamed for it).

Live in super conservative place example have to cover up in house and even in pool (pants leggings and stop) can’t even wear bikini or anything revealing in the pool backyard. Ugh!
