I wished they would have occurred to them to do this about 20 (?) years ago when they rebuilt this section.
I'm going to Google to see how it's going to look because I'm rather curious how they're going to manage it.

I want to disagree and say that that section was redone about 20 to 25 years ago while the HOV flyover was built, but to be honest, I avoided the area during construction and was out of town much of the time during that era and can't recall.
Edit: 1995-2000 was when it was last under construction.
