Negative Houston posts
Post Body

Every day you log into the Houston Reddit, you see a negative post about the city. Why are there always posts putting Houston down on this subreddit? Every major city has its pros and cons, and Houston is no different. It seems like Houstonians here often focus on the negatives. While Houston does have its problems, just like any other big city, it also has a lot to offer. Instead of always highlighting the downsides, why don’t we celebrate what’s great about our city and work on improving the areas that need it? Positive posts about Houston are rare here, and I believe it’s an incredible place where people can find jobs, raise families, and enjoy rich culture and attractions. The American dream is somewhat alive in Houston as compared to other major cities, that’s why so many people are moving here. The city just needs to adapt to the influx of people and create a better infrastructure with our votes and our activism. Let’s try to shift the conversation to reflect that more.

Comments

There are people who will always have a negative view of things without looking at the overall picture.

If you notice, there are a few users on here who will only make argumentative or negative comments without really giving alternative views or ideas.
