If you have a resource you want me to tack on to this post, tag me or send it through chat request.
Additionally, if your church or organization is offering help to the public, I'll post it on this thread, but let's follow the zip code rule.
Also, remember you're not the only one going through this and be thoughtful and empathetic to those around you and the resources you're obtaining.
Additionally, take this as an opportunity to meet your neighbors and help and check on elderly ones as this heat could be deadly for them.

If you see a pet, especially one with a collar, please take into account it escaped during the storm and their parents are looking for it and see if you can help it get back to its home.
If you need to evacuate your home due to damage, please tack into this thread or start a new one to help others go through the same process.
This should help our collective knowledge of others in the future need to do so.
I'd like more input on your personal lessons learned from this experience in how to improve your preparations for storms or similar situations.

Added to main post.
Actually, I do.
The problem is that I keep wanting to spell out "barrel."The biggest factor is that I do this early in the morning after only a couple of hours sleep.
I figure once every other day would be safe enough. Just don't rely on perishables much.
Fortunately for us, or home is about 100 years old, so it was designed with weather in mind, so we have a couple of strategically placed fans that will put in a substantial, if humid, breeze.
That helped keep our overall usage low until everything until the lights came on.
Then I suggest a battery solution, maybe not a powerwall, but one that had the ability to be recharged from your car or a portable generator.
Personally, I have 3 powerwalls, but I'm sure there's a manufacturer that will offer a solution that would suit your needs.
There are battery options.
I've have friends who lived at apartments that had a variety of UPS systems around the house for individual items.
While this kept their TV on and electronics on for a day or so, including fans and fridges, it doesn't help with the air conditioning systems.
