I hate this so much. No plant can survive a zero sunlight environment.

I hate to be that guy who is like “well actually!” Buuuut there are actually plants that do not photosynthesize which I believe in theory could survive with zero sunlight. Yes they do need a fungal host and that host needs a host that needs light, but still.
Also, I know OP’s point still stands. Mostly, I just think these plants are really fascinating and people should know about them
