Hello everyone. I’ve been worried about my albo monstera for a little while now. I’ve had this plant since November of last year and the plant has only produced 2 leaves since then. I feel like my knowledge on plants is decent but this one’s got me stumped.
I’ve had only 1 issue with pests and it was some thrips that I eventually got rid of. Other than some soil mites I notice here and there my plants been pest free.
I’m not sure if I potted it in too large of a container and the plant is focusing on root growth vs leaf growth? Or maybe the light I’m providing via plant light is not strong enough. From a sideways angle it appears that the stem of the most recent leaf is thick as if a new leaf is hiding but it has been like that for over a month. I don’t see any signs of over watering but if you guys notice anything or have any recommendations I’d appreciate the help a lot.
