Post Body

So I am a beginner in getting house plants to survive and I just don't know what I'm doing wrong anymore.

The 5th picture is my current plants I have and is a tracker that tells me when to water, repot and fertilize.

The 6th photo is the fertilizer I am using.

This grow light is on 24/7. I have two pepper plants that moved here with me and were not expected to live (I now live on the 15th floor so I knew pollination wasn't going to happen). That said I can't get my plants to survive and thrive. What am I doing wrong??
