Got this for my birthday! Only labeled as a Ficus, and I can see roots coming through the soil. It has some Leaf damage since it came from a grocery store with very few plants (not the best selection, but happy to have found this!),I guess my real question here is....how do I repot my Ficus. I've read that im not to bother the root system, but there are 5 stems in this one pot. And it looks like another one is trying to grow, I can see a nub so I assume it had 6 but one broke off before I got it, should I leave that alone? I have a lot of questions😅 I love my Ficus and I want it to be happy, what should I do first!?
Sorry for the bad pictures, my camera sucks🥲 Picture 8 you can see the little stump picture 9 has a little sprout, is it a baby? Some of the roots above dirt are slightly fuzzy looking, dry, some flexible
OH I FORGOT TO MENTION!! I'm not sure if its the plant it's self, or the dirt but it smells... weird😅...not bad, but I've never smelt something like this before
