All my spider plants seem to have lost the will to live... am I over watering them? Their leaves turn yellow and then die, so I just keep plucking them out and the plant grows thinner and thinner. Oddly enough, spider plant in the photo THRIVED last year and I dont think I am doing anything different with them. Usually water once a week or less. When I remember to check and feel that the soil is dry.
Any ideas?
Also, the Areca palm. the edges of the leaves are drying. They were like this when I bought the plant a year ago. Is this normal? I contacted the shop I got it from and they said the leaves are supposed to dry and I can cut them if they do. But most of the leaves are like this. I know the photo is not very good. It is my first palm tree and I read it doesnt like dry soil and I think I manage to water it if it starts to become dry. Again, any suggestion what could be the problem?
And last but not least, I have this Aloe Vera plant that has grown very ...crooked. Also I have used its bottom leaves to get aloe juice, that explains the half bald look. But I would like it to grow straight. Can I kind of...cut it into 2 pieces and plant the pieces separately? From where the leaves start and the top part that kind of turns the other way. Hope that was understandable, lol.
Appreciate the help, thanks :)
