Please help with my Monstera & Peace Lily

I am this close to never owning a Monstera or Peace Lily ever again. Lord knows I tried. I am using indoor potting mix for both plants. The Peace Lily is in the bathroom and the Monstera in the living room with very good sunlight. I have long given up on the Peace Lily and this is definitely my last but the Monstera is breaking my heart. I have trimmed most of the leaves off already. Heellp 🥲
