How do I save this pony?

She’s been doing fine until recently 🥲 usually I let the soil get very dry between watering thoroughly. I’m not sure why she’s so mad all of a sudden - what can I do! The new Leaves are basically white and I suspect thrips may be an issue but would that be the cause of her drastic change? Can I cut off all the foliage?
