Ficus Burgundy - Help

Hi everyone,
This is my first houseplant, picked it up today.
Iām looking into appropriate care but I thought Iād also ask you all for some advice.
Any tips for taking care of Ficus Burgundy? Should I cut the leafs off that have been torn? Should I get a bigger pot or do I just repot as the plant gets larger?
Really appreciate any and all advice or resources you could link me to.
