Question about "chilling" a hot tub...

I live in Houston and it regularly hits 100 and the humidity hits hard as well. I'm wondering if I could install one of these for my Sundance spa (410 Gal), or if anybody has done something similar. I'd love to have a massaging tub of water that was chilled around 75-80F during the sweltering summers. I was thinking about trying this product, didn't know if it was overkill or what size I should try out...
