We just ordered the new Hot Springs Envoy (so jazzed!), and they include the 50A/230V sub panel. This is my first hot tub, so I’m likely sounding like an idiot…please answer like you’re talking to the newbie that I am.
Since the sub panel comes with the delivery & installation of the hot tub, does that mean I cannot hire an electrician until that point? Is the sub panel what we need an electrician to install, or is that an addition to what needs to be done beforehand? Feeling a bit like chicken & the egg here.
And yes, we already have a contractor working on the patio design and integrating known requirements.
Any other tips for this spa are also appreciated. Thank you!
